If you are not satisfied with your order or wish to return for any reason, you have 30 days to return starting from the date that your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. They are as follows:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days and is subject to a restocking fee (£4.50) which will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank prior to contacting us.
It may take some time before your refund appears on your bank statement. If after 7 working days, you still do not have your refund and your bank cannot confirm that it is on it's way to you, please contact us at:
Sale items & seconds (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and any items purchased from our "seconds" collection cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges for the UK can be requested if products are faulty or damaged and fall within the 30 day period by sending us an email at:
We only replace overseas items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at:
To return your product, you should first email is to confirm return and enclose your order number in your return parcel.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
