Returns & Cancellations Policy

Order Cancellations

If you have made an order but wish to cancel it, please email as soon as possible.

Please note - any order cancellations (that are requested by the customer) will be refunded for the total order amount minus a 3% cancellation fee. For example, if a customer wishes to cancel an order totalling £60, they would be refunded £58.73 in total.

The reason for this is because as a business, we are charged a 3% fee to our website provider on all orders received. Unfortunately, this fee is non-returnable to us, even if an order is cancelled and refunded to the customer. Therefore, any orders that wish to be cancelled by the customer due to their own error, must bear the 3% fee. There are no other additional admin fees on top of this. We hope that you can understand our reasons for this.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscription cancellations are free and hassle-free at any time. Simply log in to your account to manage/cancel your subscription or email to cancel your subscription prior to your next upcoming payment. 

If you choose to cancel your subscription after the payment has already been processed for your next box, then of course your order can be cancelled and the subscription cancelled. Please note however - you will receive a total refund of £45.08 per box. Cancellation after a payment has been processed for a subscription box incurs a small fee of £0.89. 


If you are not satisfied with your order or wish to return for any reason, you have 30 days to return starting from the date that your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. They are as follows:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days and is subject to a restocking fee (£4.50) which will be deducted from your refund. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank prior to contacting us.

It may take some time before your refund appears on your bank statement. If after 7 working days, you still do not have your refund and your bank cannot confirm that it is on it's way to you, please contact us at:


To return your product, please email us first to confirm your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure to include your order number inside the returned parcel.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
