Shipping Policy, Postage & Covid Updates

Please note we have a special shipping policy in place which is subject to change at any point.

Postage

Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

  1. £1.95 for small parcels (items that will fit through your letter box)
  2. £3.95 for standard parcels
  3. FREE delivery on subscription boxes or orders over £70

Admin/Re-delivery Fee

For any orders that are returned due to missed deliveries will incur a £5 fee to redeliver. This is non negotiable. Please note, Royal Mail will only hold orders at your local depo for 16 days before returning back to us. It is your responsibility to track your order once dispatched and arrange your redelivery through Royal Mail. We will not be held liable for any returned orders.

If you wish to cancel an order that has been returned due to missed delivery then you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any postage costs. If your order qualified for free delivery then you will still be subject to a £5 redelivery fee to redeliver or £3.95 will be deducted from your refund. This is non negotiable. 

It is your responsibility to make sure your details are correct when placing an order. Any orders that are required to be redelivered due to incorrect details will incur a 50% charge (you will be charged 50% of the cost of your order). If you wish to cancel an order that has not arrived due to incorrect details then you will only be refunded 50% of the cost of your order. 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have made an error on your order. We cannot guarantee that we will see your email/message before your order is processed.

If you are a subscriber to the Baby's First Year Subscription Package and need to change/update your delivery details then this must be done PRIOR to your payment being processed.

Shipping Times & Covid Updates

Standard orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. This excludes new subscribers to the Baby's First Year Subscription - please refer to your dispatch date within the product description or your order confirmation.

All standard orders and subscriptions are dispatched via Royal Mail and should arrive within 2-3 working days from dispatch. However this is not guaranteed, delays once dispatched are out of our control and we kindly ask you to be patient at this time and wait a minimum of 7 working days (after dispatch) for an order to arrive before you contact us for replacements or refunds. No refunds or replacements will be issued until this time frame has passed.

Until further notice we will still only be shipping in the UK with Royal Mail 48 hour delivery. 

We dispatch some products directly from our suppliers. These items may have longer processing times. Please refer to the product description. 

We dispatch orders daily (mon-fri) but at times may inncrease our processing times/turnaround times as a result of delays from our suppliers, busier periods and an increase in the volume of orders coming through.

We ask that you please be patient during any delays, we will continue to work around the clock to get your orders out to you, but unfortunately delays are out of our control.

We are constantly monitoring the situation from Covid and may need to make changes to turnaround times for processing.

We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if there is likely to be any significant delay in receiving your order.

We also ask you allow extra time to receive your items once despatched as Royal Mail are under immense pressure and delivery times may take longer than advertised.
