COVID-19 SHIPPING POLICY - Updated January 2021

Please note we have a special shipping policy in place during these unprecedented times.

As the UK has now been placed into another full lockdown, we are finding a lot of disruption in delivery services.

We kindly ask you to be patient at this time and wait a minimum of 14 working days (after dispatch) for an order to arrive before you contact us for replacements or refunds. No refunds or replacements will be issued until the time frame has passed.

Until further notice we will still only be shipping in the UK with Royal Mail 48 hour delivery. 

We will be still dispatching orders daily (mon-fri) but please allow for longer processing times as we once again see delays from our suppliers and an increase in the volume of orders coming through.

We ask that you please be patient during this period, we will continue to work around the clock to get your orders out to you, but unfortunately these delays are out of our control.

We are constantly monitoring the situation and may need to make changes to turnaround times for processing.

We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if there is likely to be any significant delay in receiving your order.

We also ask you allow extra time to receive your items once despatched as Royal Mail are under immense pressure and delivery times may take longer than advertised.
