Christmas Closure
As a small mum run business, I have worked incredibly hard through what has again been a very turbulent year – so with that in mind I will be taking a few well-deserved days off over the festive period to enjoy the holidays with my family.
Final posting dates for Christmas:
Cut off for standard orders is the *17th of December 2021.
I will be dispatching orders until the 20th of December but any orders (unless the guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas postage option was selected) that come in after the 17th of December is likely not to arrive in time for Christmas.
Any orders that are placed after 9am on the 20th of December 2021 will not be processed until the 27th of December 2021.
*Royal Mail are experiencing wide delays and therefore your order may take longer than usual to arrive. Please refer to the Covid 19 Policy Page for further details.
Closures:
In the spirit of embracing the holiday season The Little Sensory Box will be “closed” on:
21st – 27th December 2021
31st Dec 2021 – 2nd Jan 2022
Orders will be dispatched from the 3rd of Jan 2022 onwards.
The website will remain open but during these periods no orders will be processed, or emails answered. Outside of these dates is business as usual.

If you are trying to cancel a subscription payment and have issues logging in, then I would highly recommend cancelling the direct debit directly with your bank to avoid any further payments being taken.
Stock issues and delays to subscription boxes
The supply issues have been without a doubt challenging this year – especially with the Baby’s First Year Subscription Package. With this in mind, there maybe slight delays with getting boxes dispatched between the 21st of December 2021 and the 3rd of January 2022 with suppliers shutting and stock delays continuing. I will endeavour to dispatch your next box as soon as possible but please bear with me where possible.
