We Are Off On A Short Break

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION CAREFULLY AS THIS MAY AFFECT YOUR ORDER. 

As a small mum run business, I don’t rarely take much time off and it isn’t ideal taking a break at what is the busiest time of year for a business – but, I am only human and I am only one person and so that I don’t burnout (and so that my family actually get some real time with me) we are taking a short family holiday to enjoy some winter sun and relax ready for the busy festive season. 

But don’t worry – I have a spare pair of hands who will be here to pack up your orders for you and to look after everything for me until I return.  

However, from the 28th of October 2021 turnaround times for processing and dispatching standard orders WILL increase from 1-3 working days to 3-5 working days, so please bare this in mind when placing your order. 

Turnaround times will decrease back down to 1-3 working days from the 14th of November 2021.  

Baby’s First Year Subscription Boxes: 

If your next payment for your 2nd/3rd or 4th box is due between the 28th of October 2021 and the 14th of November 2021 then please be aware that the dispatch of your next box maybe delayed. Whilst every effort is being made to make sure that all stock has arrived before I depart – the current supplier issues is making this incredibly difficult to manage. If your box is not dispatched within 7 working days of your payment being processed, then it will be dispatched from the 14th of November onwards. 

New subscribers to the Baby’s First Year Subscription Boxes first box will be dispatched by the 25th of November 2021.  

Direct Delivery Orders: 

All direct delivery orders will be dispatched as per the turnaround times stated within the product description. If there are any issues with this, you will be notified via email as soon as possible. You will find a list of our direct delivery items here.  

Emails/Order Queries & Changes to Orders/Subscriptions/Returns: 

I will aim to respond to emails or messages via social media within 48 hours – however my access maybe limited. If you have a question about your order, then you may find the answer within the FAQ section here. 

If your request is urgent then please make sure you send through as much detail as possible (including order details/order number/name/dispatch address etc) within your original message. 

If you need to change any address or payment dates for your next subscription box, then I would strongly recommend that this is done at least 7 days prior to your next payment being processed.

If you are looking to cancel your subscription but you are having issues logging into your account, then I would recommend cancelling the direct debit directly with your bank account as I cannot guarantee that I will see your email/message in time before your next payment is taken. 

If you are returning an order, then please refer to the returns policy here. Please note - I will be unable to accept returns between the 28th of October 2021 and the 12th of November 2021. I would advise that you don't send any returns during this period. The 30 day period for receiving returns will be extended to 45 days until the end of November 2021.  

 

I would kindly ask you to please bare with me and do expect slight delays - I expect to be back to a normal 1-3 day turnaround by the 14th of November 2021. 

As a thank you for your understanding and patience I am offering *15% off across the website on all orders (excludes items on sale/clearance items) placed between the 28th of October 2021 and the 14th of November 2021.

The code will be valid from 00.01am from the 28th of October 2021 and will expire at 11.59pm on the 14th of November 2021.
